DMF RAPID ROLFLEX DOOR SERIES 4000
is designed for all interior and
exterior positions at operating temperatures between -38 degrees Celsius and
+70 degrees Celsius. For maximum performance, Rolflex 4000 is equipped with
DMF's unique counter balance system. This ensures total control of the panel
and also facilitates the amazing Rolflex break-out release. The drive unit
and control box is available in various operating voltages. For added
protection the control box is sealed to comply with class IP66.
SIZE: Rolflex 4000 doors are available in customised sizes up to
16M2.

PANEL COLOUR:
As standard
Rolflex 4000 panel is
available
in
Orange polyester reinforced
P.V.C. A full width clear vision
safety panel is also standard. In
freezer applications a clear
panel is not
recommended.
Full height clear panels can be
made but are subject to design
limitations
CORROSION PROTECTION:
Rolflex 4000 doors are
thoroughly protected
against
corrosion. All parts of the
frame
assembly are electro-plated zinc
prior to finishing in Polyester
gloss powder coat. The bottom
rail is plated
steel capped in
stainless steel.

MOTOR AND ALTERNATIVES:
As standard, a reliable 415V 3phase motor
and
gearbox drives the door with an
opening speed of 1.4MPS and a closing
speed
of .75MPS. Alternative speeds may
be achieved in the selection of an
appropriate gear ratio. Motor output is
.55KW to .37KW. Optional motors are
available for special requirements, for
overseas supply needs.
