FIVE SAFETY FEATURES TO PROTECT YOU AND YOUR

Auto Reverse: If the door
panel,
when closing comes in contact
with an object, it will
immediately
reverse. This is
activated by a sensitivity
cushion on the under-side of
the
bottom rail, adjustable to
finger tip control. When the
door is closed this
air cushion
is also designed to form an
excellent dust seal between the
bottom rail and the floor line,
even allowing that the floor line
may be
uneven.

Emergency
Break-out: A facility that
can be operated from any side of the
door by
personnel kicking out the
bottom rail in the event of an emergency
egress.
Clear Vision: The door has a
full width
vision panel tailored in height to suit the
sight line of the
Forklift driver.
Power
Failure: A manual release will
allow the door to open should there be a
power failure.
· Safety
Beam : A backup Photo-Electric
safety beam, at the floor line, prevents
the
door from closing if an object is
accidently parked in the closing line of
the door.

The RAPID ROLFLEX DOOR is designed to flex
on accidental impact.
With flexing tongues at either side, the
door
blade literally bursts out and will reset back
into the guide channels.
This is known as
`open throat auto re-entry'.
After automatically realigning, the door
is back in normal operation within
seconds.
